How should I send my artwork in?
We provide two methods to the customers to send their unique and artistic designs to us. You can either upload the artwork or send it to us at info@vcprint.co.uk Just ensure that you send the files to us only in these supported formats - JPEG, PDF, EPS, and TIFF.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards like VISA, Sage, Switch, MasterCard, Maestro, and Solo.
If you prefer to pay by cheque, you can do so by sending the cheque to us in the post made out to Vital Concept Ltd.
We also accept direct bank transfers and payments via PayPal.
Do you provide free delivery of A5 Perfect Bound Brochures?
Yes!
We offer a free delivery option to customers whose order value is above £500+VAT. Also, free delivery is available on the orders dispatched to England and Wales mainland addresses and Scotland Lowlands.
Can I cancel my customised A5 Perfect Bound Brochures?
No.
The brochures that have custom designs and sizes approved by you can not be cancelled after you've placed an order.
Can I send my artwork with any colour system?
No, we don't support systems like PANTONE, RGB, and RAL. If you're sending us a personalised design, please ensure you send colours in the CMYK system only.
