Aluminium Composite Hoarding Panels

These 3mm composite aluminium hoarding boards are a great way to create large, durable and sturdy panels perfect for outdoor use to be seen from motorways by vehicles or in the streets by pedestrians. It is an economical and very effective formula, while at the same time aesthetic and sustainable: they offer wonderful value for money and can be re-used at different locations. Composite aluminium panels are the top of the range material to use in hoarding panels due to their long-lasting durability and attractive finish. At The VC Print, we go a step further and use anti-fade ink that will keep your panels looking as new for extended periods of time.

Our standard aluminium composite panel offers great resistance to corrosion thanks to the aluminium alloy lacquered with three layers of fluorinated polyvinyl paint. The interior is formed by thermoplastic resins (polyethylene). This union of materials presents a high resistance to shocks, high rigidity and reduced weight, ideal characteristics for buildings that withstand extreme temperatures as well as acoustic pollution.  These hoarding board are designed to be long-lasting.

It also has a fire retardant feature.  This is useful in locations subject to fire risk or even the unlikely event that your aluminium composite hoarding panel is struck by lightning.

Our 1220mm x 2440mm composite aluminium hoarding panels at The VC Print are printed in-house with any design chosen by our customers. This is a great feature as they do not require to be painted or varnished and can be deployed quickly. Aluminium composite panels, in addition to serving as an efficient means of guarding the perimeter of your building site, can also be used to create eye-catching on-site advertisements. Your artwork is printed directly onto the ACM board, and for longer-term applications, a laminate can be applied for additional durability in heavy-traffic areas.
