5mm Foamex Board
5mm foamex is an incredibly versatile signage option for both indoors and outdoors. Whether you use them for POS printing, hoardings, exhibitions and event signage, store displays or conveying information, they’ll never fail you. They are almost as light as their 3mm counterparts but even more durable and rigid. Moreover, compared to 3mm foamex, 5mm foamex boards are more self-supporting to some extent and hence, are suitable for larger size panels.
5mm Foamex Board by VC Print
Printed 5mm foamex sheet are among our fastest-moving products. We print them in 4 colours using high-rated UV ink, making them resistant to fading. This, in combination with their weatherproof attribute, makes them perfect for outdoor signs and displays.
There are plenty of size options to choose from - A4 to A0, 1000mm x 1000mm and 1400mm x 1000mm. Larger and bespoke sizes are also available as optional extras.
Fire Resistance
All 5mm foamex boards we print come with a Class-B1 fire rating according to DIN 4102. As a result, they are a popular signage option for places such as educational institutions and hospitals.
Easy to Mount
5mm foamex is remarkably lightweight and thus convenient to mount. You can simply use Velcro dots or double-sided tape to mount them on a wall. A hook and loop is also a credible option. You can even drill holes in the corners and install the boards using screws.
